Ivy as Pamela
When Ivy dresses up as Pamela Isley at the Gotham observatory, is that supposed to be her true persona or is she trying to look/act crazy? If so, why would she need to disguise herself if no one knows what she looks like? Also wouldn’t she win more people over if she displays her true physical beauty and not act weird?
