Bruce needs to manage his business better

Both Riddler and Poison Ivy and technically Dr. Woodrue and Bane all became super villains while under employment at Wayne Enterprises. Bruce should maybe do a better job at doing background checks on his employees and be careful about who he hires to work for him.

Remember, The Riddler in "Batman Forever" was also an employee of Wayne Enterprises.

Yes. Bruce needs to personally check out his coworkers to prevent them from turning into super villains. It’s really his fault that a lot of them exist.
