Is the gang with the neon lights and glow-in-the-dark face paint that Ivy and Bane fight in the Turkish Bath the same gang Robin fights in the alleyway in Batman Forever? Also was the leader of the gang going to rape Ivy if Bane didn’t stop them? He says to her, “You look good enough to eat.” Maybe Ivy could have seduced them and made the gang her minions to fight Batman and Robin like the ones working for Freeze.

shareI'm not sure what the "good enough to eat" line was, but it was certainly delivered with a large amount of sexual charge. On the other hand, knowing this film's wayward script, it might've been an attempt at an edible plant pun. Who knows? I'd bet on the former, I suppose, but there's an off-chance that they had some stupid pun in mind.
It'd be awesome if they were the same gang. But what would really be the best would be if the comics did a whole plotline about this downtrodden Neon Day-Glo gang that's stuck in this terrible '90s aesthetic and gets zero respect in Gotham's underworld and then they finally snap or recruit a real psycho or something and get their act together and suddenly there's this gang that's major trouble but nobody can take seriously.
