Did Ivy steal her costume?

Did Ivy steal the leafy costume she wears at the Garden Party from another contestant at the charity beauty auction? I imagine a scene of her breaking into a dressing room to kill a beauty queen and remove her costume to wear it as her own.

I wonder if maybe she gets or makes her later costumes using material she finds at the Turkish Bath hideout. The neon gang maybe has other costumes lying around that she uses to make her green latex catsuit and later her red shirt/black pants outfit.
