Robin and Batgirl

Did Robin and Batgirl have a thing for each other or did they just see their relationship as being like siblings/cousins?

Idk about in this movie. Haven't seen it in awhile. But in the comics Batgirl wasn't Alfred's niece. She was either Barbara Gordon (who dated Dick Grayson who was the first Robin and the Robin in the movie) or Stephanie Brown (who dated Tim Drake who was the third Robin). So it is a popular thing for Robin and Batgirl to have a romantic relationship.

Robin or Dick Grayson had a thing for Batgirl/Barbara but she wasn't that interested in him. When she was first introduced in the movie Robin seen her legs and said "Please be looking for me." There were some words exchanged between them but nothing to think they really had a thing going on.

I think they implied attraction that would be built up in the next movie that never happened.
