If Andy killed Jaques, and he is cured then what about Serafine? If she is David's (from the first movie)daughter what about her? She has to go through life as a lycanthrope still?

Yes, she is David's daughter. In the extended version of the movie that I watched, her undead step-father appeared to her in the ambulance, telling her that he finally invented a serum that can cure her for life. The again, he thought he also thought the earlier serum was a cure and it had the opposite effect so I'm not sure if he's right this time.

Andy was cured of being a werewolf because he ate Claude's heart, not because of any medicine.
shareI know that. I meant that it probably worked, otherwise she would have either bitten Andy or have killed him already because it said afterwords, "Several full moon's later" near the SoL scene.
