Are there any other film where two werewolves fight.

Werewolf

It's a tv movie from 1987. It was also a pilot for the tv series which ran for 29 episodes from 1987-1988 on Fox. It was actually really good for a tv movie though. If you're interested, there's a fan site for the series, http://www.werewolftv.com/.

There was an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer "Wild At Heart". Where two werwolves fight, but it is brief.

But one has to ponder ... what is it with werewolves & london anyway ? Plenty of clock towers great for a werewolf set / background ?

I wonder what happens if the American werewolf meets Mr Hyde ? =D

Yes as early as 1935 in Werewolf of London. Maybe even earlier.
