Wtf, her mom could have tracked her down easier than Billie was able to track her down she was "in the system". That part just makes me mad, I'm sure Billie had to be angry and resentful.
She had a nice house for herself, but Billie didn't get to enjoy it. I just always hated that her mother obviously never attempted to get her back or find her.
The big question I want to ask is 'Was that meant to be the mother walking along the street drunk and singing ?'. Billie came up to her and they both looked at one another, before the woman walked away. If it wasn't the mother, then what was the point of the scene ? Perhaps it was just a drunken woman (who could sing just like Billies mother) and she reminded Billie of her, or did she actually think it was her for a second ? Does anyone have an answer to these questions ?
