this movie is a sick, stupid film with a horrible, cliche, saccharine plotline that has no value at all. Not to mind that none of the "actors" have any talent and is nothing more than a pathetic ploy to elevate Mariah Carey's rapidly plummeting career.

I have nothin' against you, but this is so wrong. Mariah had been workin' on this project for 3 years. And her career needs no elevatin' from a movie. Sometimes you just need to check the facts, or maybe just have a little more responsibility for what you write before you pass this off as just a "casual remark"
Obviously you're an idiot selkn-asrai. Mariah's career is not plummeting. She had the best album of 2005, lol, and was doing the best that she had ever done in 2005. Get your facts straight, fool.
shareRebelNel, I agree with you. I don't know how Mariah didn't get a nomination for her performance. I mean, how was she able to summon up the character of a stupid pop singer and portray that honestly on film? It's comparable to Madonna playing a singing slut in Evita, or Courtney Love's far stretch as a cracked out stripper in People vs. Larry Flynt. how did they do it?

shareIts almost as good as Showgirls, but only a little better then You Got Served or Drumline.
I love watching terrible movies, I try try to think maybe they are made that way on purpose. I find it hard to believe that anyone could make movies that bad on accident.
