Where can I get this in HD?

Glitter isn't available on iTunes and it isn't in bluray... I see it is on iTunes in Australia. I'd really like to own this in HD. Anyone have any ideas?

You can't own it but if you have Starz or Xfinity, you can stream it there in HD

Glitter was recently released (1/3/17) on Blu-ray. It is under $10 now. It's a Mill Creek release in the US.
