Yes it was sabotage but refueling while you are leaking fuel seeems insane
Or firing on thehe plane in thet condition
Mr president get some common sense, fix your savorage asap after regfining con trol

They did fix the fuel leak. When President Ford retreated back into the baggage deck the two terrorists went down and fixed the leak.

Kolchak, the pilot, shut down the leak. But the damage was done and they needed to refill.
