In Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to stop Worrying and Love the Bomb there is a character named Lt. Lothar Zogg. The bad guy in this movie is named Lothar Zogg. TRIBUTE NOT LISTED IN THE TRIVIA SECTION.

It doesnt matter either way, this movie was SOOOOOO bad. I mean any real terrorist would just shoot the little kids.

Actually I think it's the other way around, the Lt. Lothar Zogg character in Dr. Strangelove is a reference/tribute to 3 Ninjas.

Dr. Strangeglove was good, and the abomination of the 3 ninjas was very awful and I would never speak of it again.
