Why they are not in this movie!!!! I love the first three movies but this one is worst, it could be better if the actors were same as before!

The original Rocky by that time decided he didn't want to continue acting and retired, the same for the original Tum Tum.
According to the trivia section, Max Elliot Slade was supposed to come back as Colt, but decided to go continue with his education instead.
