Ellen tells Garfield that the teacher he replaced, Ms. Eskander, was pinned down by a group of kids while pregnant. She kicks them, and SHE gets accused of assault??!!
It was SELF-DEFENSE! What about her assault?!

it is portrayed as the students do whatever they want and get away with it and if they fight back they get the shaft no matter what the circumstance.
