Spoiler Garfield's house

In the film Cesar sprayed grafitti on Garfield's house. I think in real life he would've probably burned it down (or tried to). After all he suspected Garfield of drugging him and cutting his finger off. Anybody agree or am I missing something?

He had other plans for Garfield, and wanted to confront him on his own turf.

He had to prove his machoism, as Garfield said.
