Absolutely. I would've thought an Oscar nod from Samuel L. Jackson, at least. But awards shows aren't necessary for validation, we've come to know that.

What TRULY surprises me is the imdb rating! I can't wrap my head around how it's way too low for this amazing movie.

I'm not a big fan of Samuel L. Jackson as a rule, but he rocked in this performance.

His emotional torment was palpable.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
