I can vaguely remember an episode (it was a 90's show, it was easy to tell because of all the neon colors) where some kid was getting picked on so someone gave him advice to go to the person and to try and intimidate people by saying "Hiiiiitttttt ME!" and he said it and got a black eye. Please Help I really want to figure this out.

OMG! I LOVED "My brother and me" ... Ugh I miss the old shows so so much. Now all you se on disney and nick is really lame shows. With bad actors. Besides drake and josh and that's so raven..
