no, but you can buy a limited edition of all 3 seasons at limitedclassics.com. i just bought it today : )

i don't think so except i bought it for $40 and i thought it was an official dvd release, but it was actually a "home-made" thing so i wouldn't exactly reccomend it but if you want the episodes that badly then i'd say go for it...
