have never seen this show before! but am newly obsessed with jessica capshaw lol and saw she was in some seasons of this show?
was she only in season 7 and 8?
and another question, is she like a main character? like in every episode of those seasons.?

She was more of a supporting character, however - some but not many of the storylines focused on her. Still, The Practice is such a great show that you should watch it regardless!
