Seems like the writers has been set on shocking the audience in every single case. How is it that people keep hiring that firm since they lose so much. In Boston Public they win pretty much every single case wich ofc is the other extreme. They could mix it up a bit imo :)=

The firm wins many of its major civil cases. They often take on pretty impossible criminal cases that would be tough for any attorney. I believe you have confused Boston Public with Boston Legal. Boston Public explored the lives of teachers, administrators and students in a high school, while Boston Legal was an extension of The Practice.
