I really liked the 8th season, mostly because of Alan Shore.

I would like to watch more seasons, whitch season do you prefer? witch one is the best?

Goodness, how opinions differ!!

Season 8 was a very 'strained' affair. Most of the cast had left. The few that were left were gradually made to look very much less 'capable' than previously, in order to big-up the new Shore & Crane characters, as a prequel to Boston Legal.

Season 8 was not a season of The Practice at all, really.

Seasons 1 to 6 were my favourites (equally) with Season 7 in second place and Season 8 . . . nowhwere!

i've started watching the first season.

I think season 8 was very enjoyable. However, i must say, that the practice cast is sort of behaving weird around alan shore. everything he did, seems to be something all of them did, even Eugene.

I really liked seasons 2 and 3..... very intense episodes...

I've not seen it all yet (midway through season 5) but have been really enjoying it since about season three where they started having more recurring characters to keep you hooked.

S5's been good and if it remains at this level of consistency, I'll be very happy. Keen to get to see Alan and Denny but at the same time, don't want to be near the end of the show.
