Season 3 Episode 1 - Passing Go *SPOILERS*

I think Eugene did drop the ball on this one.

While I was watching him do his closing argument I was thinking "okay, he's making a good point, now hammer home how it relates to his client being innocent or reasonable doubt or something." When he didn't I thought it was a bit weird, but I didn't think anything else of it.

Then when that guy on the jury spoke to Eugene and said that was a factor, I couldn't believe I was right (about it being weird). I didn't think it was going to get a mention, then it turns out that it was intentional and I picked up on it.

So I have to say, even though Eugene said something like "you convicted him on that?", it really was an obvious blunder. Did anyone else pick up on it before the jury guy mentioned it?
