What happened to that guy after the "Special deliveries" episode? Was he finally caught or did he avoid to stalk Lindsay anymore?

Thanks, man. I have to find the remaining episodes, because the channel that was airing the show here stopped doing that without any explanations. And I really wanted to know about the final conclusions.
