I began to think the cinema tale was really disingenuous no questions regarding this prior to event alibi was investigated to fully check out the stories. I also then had the feeling that the dead man was having under age sex with the daughter but did realise that it was more likely that Mum and Daughter had gone out to see a movie.

It does show that quite often for status and financial reasons it is wise that the dirty linen is not washed in public.

I do believe that if a client absolutely uses his solicitor/councilor as an accessory without their knowledge they should no longer be able to represent. They are after all only the mouth piece for the accused using legal argument of which they have specialist knowledge. To also continually represent to the jury that they KNOW a CLIENT to be innocent when they are not is surely despicable and reprehensible behavior. However that is how the GREAT OJ was found INNOCENT.
