Our lovely Helen seemed clever enough to require the accused's wife to be swabbed etc for possible semen or other evidence. All sexual contact areas should have been checked. Bed, mans penis.

Just as an aside. Did the victims [pen is] enlarge at the moment of death making the senators self removal difficult without taking the condom off or did the arrival of THAT woman and with that gun cause sudden detumescence whcih also would have allowed the victims thngy to have come out minus condom. Don't know the mechanics etc regarding this. Of course wifey might have gotten home and found them during foreplay.

Dexter should have been called in to assess the blood spatter.

One thing is for sure. The wife has an acute and active CRIMINAL MIND.

It was mentioned that the victim was using a condom. Besides the fact we later find that it was a homosexual encounter the occasion [joining of minds]stupidly contrived while family is out at a movie:especially when later evidence shows that the Wife is not happy about being cuckolded by MALE. Also when we realise that the partner wanted to OUT the situation. Its amazing how powerful the needs by the senators anus was in this case.

Remember how earlier an honest policeman was accused of being a perpetual liar because he hid his sexual preferences.

The CONDOM was not used in any way by forensics to establish a DNA connection to the wife. There would have been absence of any of the wifes DNA on this I assume used latex tube. Had they found fecal matter [would they?could they have done rectal swabs and then follow another train of though] I have no knowledge regarding this activity same sex or otherwise [that makes me a discriminating bigot I suppose].

Remembering that John Belushi as an Elwood brother was handed a USED condom as part of his property on being released from Prison in the first Blues Brothers movie makes me feel that PEDANTIC law enforcement might have placed this item in evidence property.

Could this still come up in evidence?

Why does our Senator think he is such a wonderful guy but still distrusts the bigotry of his constituents. He tells us that killing a potential rapist is preferable to the hoi polloi thinking he is a homosexual.

I await further unbelievable attempts to get the now really Sacred Innocent man out of jail.

However if I was Helen I would wish to prosecute as she did earlier and send them all down for various periods.

Perverting the course of justice in some cases is a very despicable act but every guilty person who claims they were innocent is PERVERTING the course of justice and the law does not like a guilty plea.

I await the death by self or of a desirous other in the jail of the innocent who has accepted real jail time all within the rules of a prosecution team.

Various offenders from the past like Ted Bundy would have loved the self righteousness of some of these Lawyers.

I have sympathy for a few but not Eleanor or Bobby. Rebbecca seems to have a genuinely sympathetic character and does appear to date to use trickery. I just like looking at Helen and Lindsay. Eugene uses bullying tactics but has an underlying host of demons.

I do like Lucy although she would not have lasted a few days in real firm.

So many characters do have temporary changes written which are not always true to form.

Bobby just likes dramatic outbursts which if he was playing a passionate genuine lawyer I could accept such as |Lindsay's feelings regarding her having wrongly advised someone she felt was really innocent but caught due to the evidence.
