What's the name of this model on one of the cover?

It's from season 5 episode 2 "A Night at the Plaza".

She's one of the most beautiful cover girls I've ever seen in the series.

She appears again in 5.14 The Auction and 5.18 Erlene and Boo. Guess the producers liked her too much
