How did they get away with the word 'putz'?

I remember in this episode with 2 vampires breaking up.When the guy apologises he says:"I've been an absolute putz".According to wikipedia,this is what the word means:Putz - unclean penis; stupid 'dirty' person, a jerkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Putz.Here is the original site:.I know they could have meant jerk but I mean would that meaning qualify too?

I completely agree with that.Besides Johnny Bravo is not a kids show as it is made for kids and adults.Alot of shows have that same problem.

What about poopy. Back when I was a kid, you couldn't just blurt that out and not get your mouth washed out with soap.
