Wasn't there an episode where he was shown watching 'Speed'?

I could've sworn that there was an episode that had a sequence with him watching some movie and it looked to me like it was "Speed". The character was drawn like Keanu Reeves in a sense and it took place on a bus. I know it was one of those "blink-and-you'll-miss" kinds of things, but I remember seeing that part. What episode was it?

i remember that one, the man said to the driver don't go over 55 mph or the bus will explode and the driver said thats fine thats the speed limit anyway
