Cast for a hypotetic movie

i agree with john heder
but you need a totally obnoxious funny guy that is well built
like Adam Sandler or will ferrel

it is rare for a really well built person to do comedy
but you definately need someone with experience with comedy

bruce campbell would have made a great johnny bravo ten years ago

for bunny i would see sharon gless

for suzie get a brand new girl to do it

kyle gas or maybe bruce campbell for pops

Keep The Rock as Johnny.
Bruce Campbell as Pops
Sharon Gless as Bunny
Amy Bruckner as Suzie
And either Adam Sandler or Weird Al as Carl

Carl is the only one I'm uneasy about. Really not too many people who could fill his character and keep both the comedic stupidity and the nerdiness intact. Maybe Jim Carrey, but it'd be a stretch.
