Violin music at the ball

Does anyone know the name of the violin piece that is played at the ball at the crown? at 1hr and 2mins and 30s, i think its Frank and Emma's secnond dance and miss bates talks right over it! It also features in the 1999 BBC version of Wives and Daughters.

Can anyone help?

Thank you, i did find the name on the soundtrack listings and have found a few versions of it but I can't seem to find a really nice version like the one used in the film. the sound bite you have given is fairly good. i guess ill just have to keep searching.

I have the UK dvd, it doesnt have an audio CD, but there is an additional 30minutes of the orginial music composed by John Keane". Its one of the dvd extras. Is that what you are talking?

I also discovered that the composer of "hole in the wall" is Henry Purcell, who is one of the most famous British composers of all time.

Thank you so much, guys. My friend Michelle referred me to you guys and I was confirmed that 'Hole in the Wall' was also the music for Becoming Jane (in Lady Gresham's ball) where Tom Lefroy danced with Jane Austen.

I love that track and scene so much!
