Cast your own perfect Emma cast

Hi guys,

I thought this would be fun. I know some of you find Beckinsale etc as perfect people for the roles so feel free to repeat actors. I for one think the following would be perfect cast would be:

Emma - A young(er)Kate Winslet
Mr Knightly - Eric Bana/ Joaquin Phoenix (genuine and brooding)
Frank Churchill - Jude Law (her could definitely do the charming and flirty)
Jane Fairfax - Scarlett Johansson (I think she could do the haughty quite well)
Harriet Smith - Reese Witherspoon
Mr Elton - Rupert Everett
Mrs Elton - Cate Blanchett (I'd love to see her play an annoying role) :)
Miss and Mrs Bates - the actors from the Paltrow version

haha...I realise this is a bit of an all-star cast and in real life everyone would outshine everyone else...but I think it's got potential...in my head anyway :)

What about Sophia Myles as Emma? She can do innocence but sexy at the same time. There is an element of arrogance in some of her characters it's a bonus she's very beautiful! An incredible actress, wish she would more projects. Hollywood just doesn't know what it's missing!

Joaquin Phoenix, Scarlett Johanssen and Reese Witherspoon? Gah!
I know I'm in the minority but I find it so distracting to watch actors on-screen who you know must have been through endless accent-training.
Admittedly I'm a bit of an accentophile, but could anyone concentrate in Bridget Jones's Diary, knowing that Zellwegger is American?
Ps this frustration isn't aimed particularly at any one nationality or group. I'm Australian, so I'm constantly watching Aussies playing non-Aussie characters (like Kidman, Jackman, Bana, etc.)
I recently watched Remember Me, a very American story about 3 American main characters, who were played by Robert Pattinson (British), Emilie de Ravin from Lost (Australian) and Pierce Brosnan (what is he, Welsh?) My head nearly exploded!!!
