Why's it PG-13
I've seen the rating, I just want to know a description of why.

There is some sexual innuendo and cursing and the part where the dolphin is bleeding to death because the one guy shot it with some kind of spear. It shows Jeff Bridges take a hammer and put it out of it's misery but it just shows blood on his face after that. There are other parts where the boys get into fights, hitting and stuff like that.
