Film location questions

I've seen most of the film locations in Lockhart - the courthouse and town square, Corky's apartment, Dr Pearl's office, the Gaslight Baker theater, the library, the travel agency, etc.

IMDB lists film locations in Austin and Los Angeles too. Anyone know what shots were done there? And the locations?

Also, anyone know the locations of the high school? And the two Dairy Queens (the only Dairy Queen in Lockhart doesn't look like either one)?

John Burroughs Middle School at 600 S. McCadden Place in Los Angeles was the school used for the rehearsal scene. I'm not sure what else in LA they used. I found Corky's apartment at the corner of W. San Antonio St and S Main St in Lockhart Texas.
