Does that line make sense? That implies his thing is bigger than it was before, yet he had reduction surgery.

I agree. Maybe he was trying to cover up the fact that he had enlargement surgery by saying he had a reduction? I don't know.

That always confused me too. What mudkips said makes sense, though.

I assumed the character was just kind of clueless and made a random joke that seemingly made no sense, which made it funny to me.
