Is there anybody out there willing to campaign to get a sequel of this great, fun movie made? I'm willing!!! If you agree, HELP!!!

I totaly agree. Tin Cup is begging for a sequel we could catch up with Tin Cup on the tour and delve deeper into his relationship with the character played by Renee Russo. Costner needs a hit if thise Western with Duvall doesn't pan out. brian 007 feels me, right dawg?

Costner's already said no to a sequel. He prefers to make new movies rather than follow up on old ones.

Tin Cup really was a great flick. Maybe his best movie ever.

Hey, David Simms may hate old people, children, and dogs but he's still one of the best bad guys ever. Because he's really not that bad. Roy steals his girl and shows him up on the golf course. What did Simms do that was so bad; offer Tin Cup a Job?

I think a sequel could have been done within 3-5 years of the original, focusing on Roy's adventures finally making it on the PGA tour, but we are pretty close to 20 years since the original, which would put most of the main characters close to (or over) 60 years old.

They could also have done a sequel in about 2005 focusing on David and Roy both going to play on the Senior Tour.

OP asked this is 2003 and Yes a sequel in the late 90's or even 2006 could have worked. Sadly the window has closed and I don't want see a reboot or remake.
