Yes, she will end up like her mother. This was the warning the old Gypsy warned him about to eat the pie himself and die a clean death. Now he's going to eat the pie anyway and have same fate only he took his innocent daughter to the same fate. Just so he could get revenge on his wife and the doctor for betraying him.
