...is hilariously off. I thought the same about Shaggy from Scooby Doo and Zombie Island and found out it was the same guy, HA! I mean he's a good voice actor overall but I couldn't help but crack up at most of his lines.

I didn't think he was that bad. Joe Alaskey in Looney Tunes: Back in Action was better. But I like Billy West's Elmer Fudd.

shareNo one will ever be able to replicate the exact voice Mel Blanc used. Getting as close as possible is the best we can hope for. When you hear a modern Bugs Bunny it will always sound a bit off, because Mel's Bugs is so fervently engraved in our minds for the character. Billy West is a phenomenal voice actor, but his voice is too deep for the rascally rabbit. I agree with the above poster about his Elmer Fudd though, which was pretty bang-on.
