Soundtrack Question!

It's been a long time since I've seen ST the last time. I don't have it on tape or DVD so I cannot watch it again anytime soon; but everytime I saw this on TV I loved the part where he and the woman are sitting by the window at night and he says something like "they are not people, they are targets". I particularly liked the soundtrack piece in that scene and wanted to have it ever since. Now I've been on youtube today and found that the OST has been uploaded; and I zapped through all the tracks but nothing rang a bell regarding this scene, so either it is not on the soundtrack, or it has simply been so long ago that I simply don't recognize it anymore.

If anyone here who has the dvd at home could check for me the scene and the soundtrack tracks on youtube and tell me which one it is, I'd be really grateful!!!
