Points on this Movie

1)The Uniformms & vehicles - although worn in the wrong setting in some scenes, they are ACCURATE really accurate for that time frame in the US Army. Dale Dye had his hand firmly on this one (Dale Dye is also in the movie , did you see him)...there have higher acclaimed bigger budgeted military films that have been less accurate.

2) What is it about Steve Martin, Glen Headley and that Amy Dress Uniform...wonder if it is the same one from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

3) anyone else notice the 1LT Monda (the inspecting officer with Chris Rock) is Cathy Silvers Phil Silvers' (original SGT Bilko) daughter

4) From a 20 year Army Vet and movie lover...This movie was HILARIOUS..see it!
