This isn't one of the funniest movies of all time or anything, but it's definitely more than serviceable. Great 90s comedy with Steve Martin and Dan akroyd comedy throughout. I love watching it on tv, the idea is good enough, and idk

7/10 is more adequate I think

Because it commits the cardinal sin of any movie that's billed as a comedy? It's not funny.

Because it's a remake.
It doesn't matter if it's different or even better than the original, it'll get low ratings anyway by the wine-drinking, pretentious, self-described sophisticated critics.
