The song is playing when Cleo girlfriend Ursula is dancing on the hood of the car with a black sexy outfit on.

On the Dvd the scene is located in title 4, chapter 12 and the position is around about 54:00.

Part of the lryics is - "Diva's still want you come inside, Magic Carpet".

You found this song! I have been looking for 18 years! It is strange that the credit for this song is ONLY at the end of the movie and not listed ANYWHERE else - IMDB, itunes, amazon, film soundtrack, film score - NO WHERE!! - except if you watch the film, wait for the credits, and pause on that section - DAMN. It looks like you helped a bunch of people on the thread too. I wish I would have seen this EIGHT years ago! A gang of people were looking in youtube too. I told them whats up, and gave you credit!
