Does anybody recall how much money they were making per hour working for Luther or did they say?
It was sad that Frankie goes from working a good job at the bank to working for a pimp named Luther who has his own janitorial business.

I definitely don't think Luther was a good boss, maybe an okay one.I thought about the fact that Cleo got her job back so easily, but I figre she was a hard worker, and good help is hard to find, so Luther was actually glad to have her back.

I don't think Luther is a good boss. I don't even think he is an okay one either. I think he is very exploitive and just unhappy and the girls I bet have a dead end job and that could be one reason why they robbed a bank.

Luther was a terrible boss.I dont care what type of job it is you do not talk to your employees like that.The women could have pulled a 9 to 5 move and held a class action suit against him for "sexual harassment" and all kinds of stuff.They would have gotten money then.lol

They were probably making minimum wage. Luther was comfortable with the girls working there because although he raised hell they always showed up to work and did their jobs; so therefore he didn't have an issue giving Cleo her job back. They were tired of the same routine working paycheck to paycheck and not getting anywhere. They wanted a way out.
shareNon union janitors make just over minimum wage. Today union janitors can make close to double minimum wage. I wouldn't be surprised if they were making around minimum wage.
shareLuther talked a lot of ish and the girls took a lot of verbal abuse from Luther. I just think he took pleasure in having power over Cleo so he let her have her job back but he would remind her he will fire her in a heartbeat if she messed up again.
