Frankie living in the projects

She had a good job at the bank and no children, so I wondered why she was still living in the projects. Most people probably would've moved. My only guess was that was where she grew up and she didn't want to leave, but later Cleo did tell Stoney that she has dreams so she could move away to Thousand Oaks or Hollywood, but she was a ghetto rat and would never leave. I wonder if she didn't tell Frankie the same when she got the bank job?

I think she was living there and saving up enough money to move to a better place near their projects.

Frankie was a bank teller, it's not like she was the manager or branch lead. So she was probably making an ok amount of money, but this is also L.A., and with her being by herself, should probably was stuck in the "project" rent level.
