Sabrina Sawyer?

I just caught this movie on TV (someones on-demand, I think), and I swear during the track scene the announcer calls her Sabrina Sawyer. Can anyone confirm this or am I hearing things?

They did. It was probably her maiden name?
Or it's just different from the show?

Thanks. I was confused because the IMDB page has her listed as 'Sabrina Spellman'. Thanks again everyone!

Actually, it was even Spellman in the original Archie comics, for some reason, when they did the show, they went back to her original last name, which is dumb, because you don't alter part of the source material and then switch it right back

You're not hearing things. The movie is completely different from the series, except that there are some of the same actors. It was kind of a trial to see what a series might look like. Even the way it was filmed is completely different- aside from the series being filmed on a sound stage.

Just a thought, but maybe her surname was Sawyer before Sabrina knew that she was a witch ?. Maybe Sabrina's aunts would think her having the surname Spellman might be too obvious ?. It does sound like the kind of surname a witch would have afterall lol.

I'm also confused as to why Michelle Beaudoin's character was called Marnie in the film, and then her name was changed to Jenny in the tv series ?.
