What was the second time?

I know when the streetcar is crashing through the street towards the Ferrari is one time. When is the other time?

I guess when he fled , don't forget the whole city is in danger and Connery is vital to the plan that ensures it is not. There maybe deleted scenes tho so don't quote me on this, I am watching it now and didn't notice any other time he almost killed cage so that's my best guess.

I think Stan is talking about the time when he was forced to go through the building to avoid a collision and then when the streetcar almost hit him.
