Identical coffee cups!

Don't know if any body noticed the identical coffee cups or not!
Well, the first cup appeared at the scene of the scientific convention when the kidnapper had it given to him (haven't seen him buying it).
And the second one was at the scene of shaker at the hospital being reviewed for the shooting and it was found in the hands of the FBI agent who was taking care of the case from the beginning.
The coffee cups appearing in such scenes is irrelevant to what was happening in them.
My point of view is that the whole kidnapping operation was planned by the FBI agent just to make Tom confess about the bribe or the FBI is the mastermind of the whole kidnapping operations (see how desperate he was to make people pay the money to bring their kidnapped beloved ones back). And that the FBI agent was of knowledge of such operation and that he was at the hospital at that scene to make sure that shaker won't confess on him. The first cup may have been a drug to kidnap the kid easily, and the second one may have been used as said before just to threaten shaker from speaking.
The way I see it. Shaker killed his partners in broad daylight when the operation went south and he tried to make it turn right for him. And the FBI agent killed Shake also in broad daylight to cover the tracks and to cut any loose ends after the failure of the operation.
Don't know about that theory but bringing identical cups to those both scenes played my mind a bit! And my mind went too far on it I think! :D
