Was Clark going to go along with Cubby?
When Cubby reveals that he won't give Shaker the money until the kid is cut loose, Clark's expressions seem to range from frustration to acceptance when he hands Cubby the weapon. Maybe it was ambiguous but do you think Clark was going to help him by holding onto Sean? On one hand, it makes Cubby's death all the more frustrating since he was about to help, but it doesn't seem to make a huge difference since Clark was ready to kill Sean in the next scene.
