Is that no one from the church who knew Aaron/Roy was in the court room to say "who is Aaron? I don't know this studdering kid" Roy said at the end that there was no Aaron, therefore while acting like Aaron, people who knew him would not recognize him. They'd only know Roy.

Please don't take it literally. Film emphasizes that Aaron is good and Roy is bad character. When Norton says there is no Aaron , he means there is no goodness in his character and be actually He is Roy'ish under the mask of Aaron(which is known to others)
The biggest flaw in my opinion is how Aaron/Roy could ever have thought his plan could have worked, given that it relied on countless events happening over which he had no control.
And indeed why his courtroom outburst changed anything.
Compared to that I'm quite happy to handwave the question of why none of his classmates or whatever didn't ask "Who the bleep is Aaron?"
There is no flaw, he WAS Aarron, despite what his new, bolder personality (you know as Roy) bravado would have you believe.
This film is deeper than ppl think, use your head.
LMAO: Plot twist. . .at the end, Marty is talking to not Aaron, not Roy, but a Third Personality. Who neither of the other two are aware of. . .
