Are black churches this fun...

To answe the question quickly: Yes. They are incredibly fun. Good food too.

Yes! It's always fun to go to a Black church. You can feel free to sing, shout, clap, say amen, wave your hand, etc. The joy is contagious or as they say at church, "it runs from heart to heart".

I'm sorry to say that I've never attended a "Black" church. But after seeing Ms. Houston's beautiful service yesterday, I was so touched and moved that I too wish I could attend a church service that lifted me up as much as her service did. I didn't feel sad at all...but I sure needed more than one Kleenex. ;) I caught this movie today and I'm really glad I'm watching it...again! It really is so cute!

And please try to remember...we're ALL God's children...no matter what color, race, religion, nationality...etc! But you're so right...they do look like they're having FUN!!!

When you say "black churches", you are referring to Satanic cults. If you mean predominately African-American churches, you do mean the African-American churches.

There is such an enormous blessing goingto a "black" Church. But I don't feel race isn't what makes it so much "fun". I believe its more the "HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY GHOST"! :-) I've been to several "black" Churches & I've had just as much"fun" in the Church I attend!!! :-) we have"black" members, BUT...I still believe its the HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY GHOST! (us white people have fun too! :-) Just get yourself in a good Spirit filled Church. God Bless & keep you in His perfect peace.

My church is both black, white and other races. Our early service is very lively and energetic. Our late service is more traditional.

Yes. Now the ones in Jamaica are even more fun. I'm talking dancing in the aisles fun. I've gone on mission trips there and so have a lot of friends and family members. It wasn't the nice vacation part of Jamaica either. But they know how to worship!
