I don't remember him doing anything good after this movie.

I think it's definitely the beginning of the end, the transition from the Eddie we know and loved from the 80s into the later years.

bowfinger for me. but some of his movies after this had moments but bowfinger is the last truly funny live action film he did

Bowfinger is great. I actually enjoyed Life quite a bit. It wasn't hilarious or anything, but an all around good movie, despite being a bit depressing.

I would say Life was the last good Eddie Murphy film.

I think Eddie did a good job in Tower Heist. It wasn't a great movie but his performance was pretty good.
